Madorne is an independent furniture company. Our products are independently manufactured, and Madorne is not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by or sponsored by any third-party designer, brand or manufacturer unless expressly stated otherwise.
Our purpose is to make thoughtfully crafted furniture and exceptional design more accessible. We nevertheless recognise the importance of protecting valid copyrights, trademarks, registered designs and other intellectual property rights.
If you believe that any product, image, text or other material appearing on our website infringes rights that you own or are authorised to represent, please submit a notice using the form below.
We review complete and substantiated notices promptly and in good faith. Where a report establishes a potential infringement under applicable law, we may temporarily restrict access to the reported material while it is reviewed and, where appropriate, remove or modify the relevant content or product.
Submitting a notice does not guarantee removal. We may request additional documents reasonably necessary to verify the rights claimed, the authority of the person submitting the notice and the precise material concerned.
