Shipping & Delivery

Madorne ships to the 48 contiguous United States and selected international destinations shown at checkout. Most pieces are manufactured to order - see our manufacturing process - so the timeline below covers both production and transit.

Processing Time

Most Madorne pieces are built to order rather than pulled from a warehouse shelf. Production typically takes 2-4 weeks from order confirmation, depending on the piece and current production volume. A small number of ready-to-ship items ship within 3-5 business days. Estimated production time is shown on each product page - check there for the most accurate figure before ordering.

Shipping Methods

How a piece ships depends on its size and weight:

• Small items - accent pieces, accessories, lighting, and lightweight furniture - ship via parcel carrier (FedEx or UPS) and typically arrive without a signature requirement.
• Large or bulky furniture - sofas and sectionals, lounge and accent chairs, beds, dining and coffee tables, credenzas and cabinets, large mirrors, outdoor furniture sets, oversized rugs, and other heavy or oversized pieces (including solid marble, travertine, and stone items) - ship via freight carrier with threshold or white glove delivery. Threshold delivery brings the piece to your first accessible entry point; white glove delivery includes room-of-choice placement, unpacking, and packaging removal, and is available as a checkout option in most areas. Because of the additional production and freight transit time these pieces require, total estimated delivery runs 8-12 weeks from order confirmation - see below.

Estimated Delivery

Once a piece leaves our facility, transit typically takes 1-2 weeks depending on your location, with rural and remote addresses sometimes taking longer. For small, parcel-shipped items, combined with production time, orders arrive within 3-6 weeks of purchase.

For large or bulky, freight-shipped furniture - sofas, sectionals, chairs, beds, dining and coffee tables, and other heavy or oversized pieces - total estimated delivery is 8-12 weeks from order confirmation to arrival, accounting for made-to-order production, freight transit, and delivery scheduling. Freight deliveries are scheduled in advance and require someone available to receive the piece - our carrier will contact you directly to book a delivery window.

Shipping Area

Madorne ships to the 48 contiguous United States and to selected international destinations where checkout options are available. We do not currently ship to Alaska or Hawaii. Availability varies by product and destination; checkout confirms whether an order can be placed and which delivery options apply.

Tracking Your Order

You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. For freight deliveries, our carrier will also reach out directly to schedule a delivery window. If you can't locate your tracking details, contact support@madorne.com with your order number.
