Dates are estimates and may vary with sea freight schedules, customs clearance and final-mile delivery.

Shipping & Delivery

Small items ship via parcel; large or bulky furniture ships via freight with threshold delivery or optional white glove service where available. Estimated delivery is generally 3–6 weeks for small parcel-shipped pieces and 8–12 weeks for large freight-shipped furniture, including production. Estimates vary by product and destination; freight deliveries require scheduling.

Shipping & Delivery and our Terms of Service apply.

Care Instructions

Care depends on material - boucle, velvet, leather, wood, marble, and wool rugs each need slightly different handling. As a general rule: dust or vacuum regularly, blot spills immediately, and keep pieces out of direct sunlight and harsh cleaners. See material-specific care instructions →

Returns & Exchanges

Eligible standard pieces may be returned within 90 days of delivery, unused, unassembled and uninstalled, in their original packaging with all components. No restocking fees apply to approved eligible returns. Voluntary return transportation is arranged and paid for by the customer; our international return facility is in France. Contact support@madorne.com before shipping any return. Genuinely customized or personalized pieces may have different eligibility rules; being made to order alone does not exclude a standard piece. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

Full return conditions and our Terms of Service apply.

Warranty

Madorne pieces carry a 5-year warranty on structural components (frames, joinery, hardware) and a 1-year warranty on soft components and workmanship (stitching, cushions, mechanisms). See full warranty terms →
